This Policy describes what personal data [not filled in] (hereinafter "we" or the "Operator") processes when you use the https://playpult.uz website and the PlayPult service, and how we protect it. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
1. What data we process
1.1. Website request: name, phone number, club name, number of rooms, comment, page language, IP address and time of submission.
1.2. Service account: login, email address (if provided), password — stored only as an irreversible hash, user role; for club staff — full name and phone number.
1.3. Data that a club enters into the Service: for example, names and phone numbers of visitors in bookings and orders. We process this data on the club's behalf solely to operate the Service; the club is responsible for collecting it lawfully.
1.4. Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookies (section 7).
2. Purposes of processing
- to contact you about your request and give you access to the Service;
- to perform the agreement (the public offer) and provide support;
- to ensure security: protection against bots and password guessing;
- to comply with legal requirements.
We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent.
3. Legal grounds
We process data based on your consent (which you give when submitting a request), to perform the agreement with a club, and in other cases provided for by law.
4. Where and for how long data is stored
4.1. All data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.2. Retention periods:
- requests — for as long as needed to contact you about the request; a request is deleted at any time at your request;
- account data — for the term of the agreement and another 90 days after it ends;
- backups — 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically;
- technical logs — no longer than necessary to ensure security.
5. Data protection
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), store passwords only as hashes, restrict access by role (director, staff, administrator), limit login attempts and create daily backups.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except where required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (for example, at the request of authorised public authorities) and, if you choose such a payment method, to payment systems to the extent necessary to process a payment. Data is not transferred across borders.
7. Cookies
The website uses only necessary cookies: to keep your session after logging in to the Service and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to log in to the Service.
8. Your rights
You have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with the authorised public authority or a court. To do so, write to us at [not filled in]. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal; without the necessary data we may be unable to provide the Service.
9. Other terms
9.1. The website and the Service are not intended for persons under 18.
9.2. We may update this Policy; the new version is published on this page with its date. In case of discrepancies between translations, the Russian text prevails.
