Frequently asked questions
What equipment do I need?
Any computer, tablet or phone with internet access — the system runs in the browser. A barcode scanner is optional; a regular USB scanner works.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The system works online, so it needs an internet connection. Everything you have entered is stored on the server.
Can staff see the revenue?
No. Staff only work with rooms and sales and do not see overall statistics. When closing a shift, they see the report for their own shift only.
Is my data safe?
Data is stored on a server in Uzbekistan and backed up every day. Each club sees only its own data.
What happens after the trial?
