[not filled in] (TIN [not filled in]), hereinafter the "Provider", offers legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter the "Customer") to enter into an agreement on the terms set out below.
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The agreement is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the offer.
1.2. Any of the following actions by the Customer constitutes acceptance: starting to use the Service after receiving access (including during the trial period) or paying for a Subscription.
1.3. Definitions:
- Service — the PlayPult cloud software for managing gaming and computer clubs, available in a browser at https://playpult.uz;
- Account — a user account of the Customer or its staff member in the Service;
- Plan — the scope of use of the Service, differing by the maximum number of rooms;
- Subscription — a paid period of use of the Service under the selected Plan;
- Customer Data — information that the Customer and its staff enter into the Service.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider grants the Customer the right to use the Service over the internet within the selected Plan, and the Customer pays for the Subscription.
2.2. The Service allows tracking room time, bar sales and stock, staff shifts, and generating reports. The Provider may develop and change the Service's features without materially reducing its core capabilities during a paid period.
2.3. To use the Service, the Customer needs a device with a modern browser and internet access, which the Customer provides on its own.
3. Plans and payment
3.1. Subscription prices as of the date of this version:

3.2. A new Customer is granted a free trial period once — 14 days.
3.3. The Subscription is paid in advance for one or more months by bank transfer to the Provider's account or by another method indicated on the website. The payment date is the date the funds are received by the Provider.
3.4. If the Subscription is not renewed on time, the Service keeps working for another 3 days, after which access is suspended until payment. Customer Data is not deleted (section 5).
3.5. The Provider may change Plan prices by publishing the new prices on the website at least 30 days before they apply. The price of an already paid period does not change.
3.6. Payment for a period that has started is non-refundable, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
4.1. The Provider shall:
- provide access to the Service during the paid period within the selected Plan;
- create daily backups of Customer Data and store them on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- advise the Customer on using the Service via the contacts in section 11;
- notify the Customer of planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.
4.2. The Provider may carry out maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable, and may suspend the Customer's access in the event of non-payment, breach of the agreement, or actions that threaten the security of the Service.
4.3. The Customer shall:
- pay for the Subscription on time;
- keep logins and passwords confidential; actions performed in the Accounts of the Customer and its staff are deemed to be performed by the Customer;
- not use the Service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to access other users' data and not disrupt the Service;
- comply with personal data legislation when entering personal data of staff and visitors into the Service, including obtaining the necessary consents.
4.4. The Customer may use the Service within its Plan, receive advice, and decline to renew the Subscription at any time.
5. Customer Data
5.1. Customer Data belongs to the Customer. The Provider uses it only to operate the Service and does not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.
5.2. For personal data that the Customer enters into the Service (for example, names and phone numbers of staff and visitors), the Customer is the owner and/or operator of that data, and the Provider processes it on the Customer's behalf solely to operate the Service.
5.3. After the Subscription ends, Customer Data is kept for 90 days; if the Subscription is paid within this period, access is restored. After that, the data may be deleted. Backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
5.4. The processing of personal data of website visitors and Service users is described in the Privacy policy.
6. Liability
6.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6.2. The Service is provided as available. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by the Customer's equipment or internet connection or by actions of third parties, nor for the consequences of incorrect data entry by the Customer.
6.3. The Provider does not compensate lost profits. The Provider's total liability is limited to the price of the last paid month of the Subscription.
7. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations caused by force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, decisions of public authorities, widespread communication network failures, etc.) for as long as such circumstances last.
8. Term and termination
8.1. The agreement is effective from acceptance and is extended with each Subscription payment.
8.2. The Customer may terminate the agreement by not renewing the Subscription. The Provider may terminate the agreement if the Customer breaches its terms, by notifying the Customer.
8.3. The Provider may change the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on this page. The new version applies from the date of publication, and price terms apply as set out in clause 3.5.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes are settled through negotiations. The deadline for replying to a written claim is 15 business days. If a dispute is not settled, it is considered by a court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10. Language
This offer is published in Uzbek, Russian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Russian text prevails.
